I'm Harry Seballos, a senior federal contract specialist with more than 20 years in acquisition. I spent over a decade with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Level II warranted Contracting Officer, managing infrastructure contracts up to $22.5 million.
Today I support VA Network Contracting Office 22, where I train incoming specialists and produce well above peer output. Before that, I served 30 years in the Air Force and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. I'm looking to bring that depth to a senior acquisition role where complex requirements need steady leadership.
